228 Single Centre Compliance to National Guidelines for Management of Flexor Tendon Injuries, Clinical Audit

Abstract Aim To evaluate compliance to British Society for Surgery of the Hand (BSSH) guidelines timing review and surgical management Flexor tendon injuries. Method Retrospective data collection over a period (February 2021) first cycle, (June second cycle through EPR Galaxy soft wares. Results Time from injury by Plastic team: 100% patients were reviewed within national timeframe in both cycles. definitive procedure: 86% on Conclusions injuries require further prioritization operative management. Increase theatre capacity accommodate need.
